Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: August 12, 2026
Behavioral Breakthroughs Consulting, LLC provides private-pay professional services, including behavior analytic consultation, assessments, direct services, and BCBA/BCaBA supervision.
No Refunds
All Payments are final and non-refundable.
Behavioral Breakthroughs Consulting, LLC does not provide refunds for services purchased, scheduled, completed, partially completed, canceled, or discontinued by the client or supervisee
Fees may include time spent on direct services as well as preparation, record review, assessment scoring, documentation, report writing, consultation, supervision activities, or other professional work related to the requested service.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients and supervisees are asked to provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to the full scheduled service fee when specified in the applicable service or supervision agreement.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Service Packages or Prepaid Services
Payments made toward service packages, assessments, supervision, consultations, or other prepaid professional services are non-refundable.
Unused services may be rescheduled or credited only when specifically approved by Behavioral Breakthroughs Consulting, LLC and are not redeemable for cash.
Credentialing and Supervision
Payments for BCBA or BCaBA supervision does not guarantee certification, examination eligibility, approval of fieldwork hours, credentialing, employment, or successful completion of certification requirements.
Clients and supervisees remain responsible for ensuring they meet all applicable requirements established by the relevant credentialing or regulatory organization.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or that a payment was processed in error, please contact us promptly. Verified billing errors or duplicate charges will be corrected as appropriate.
